February Fun
Happy February, ScribbleFriends!
I love boxes. There are just so many neat things that you can make with a box. You can make a robot, or a stage for your puppets. You can make a TV set like my friends and I did in ScribbleMonster and the Broken TV. You can make a house for your toys. If the box is big enough, you can make a house for yourself! Yesterday my dad brought home a box big enough for me to sit in and I made it into a car. I drew all the lights and controls on the box with markers and made a steering wheel out of a paper plate. My car is really cool.
Tonight my friends and I are going to the drive-in theater – in my living room! I’m going to use my new car, ScribbleKitty is bringing over her Big-Wheel®, ScribbleBunny’s trying to find the blow-up boat from his pool and ScribblePiggy is planning on sitting in her sled. We’re all going to line them up in front of the television set and pretend we’re at the drive-in. My dad is going to rent a movie and make popcorn for us. It’s going to be a blast! You should try it too!
Have you ever seen a movie at the drive-in? Have you ever made anything out of a box?
Your pal,
ScribbleMonster
ScribbleMonster’s Special Guest of the Month is…
… Mrs. ScribbleBunny! ScribbleBunny’s mom is one of the most creative people I know. My dad is a pretty good cook, but Mrs. ScribbleBunny’s carrot cake, well, takes the cake!
You can print out this coloring page to make your own Mrs. ScribbleBunny. Who will be my next Special Mystery Guest? Check back in March to see!
