Wimee’s Words LIVE! on TV

Wimee’s Words LIVE! airs, well, live, every Friday at 12:30 pm on WGVU. From the start our goal has been to create a television show that is collaborative and interactive, like say, an in-person ScribbleMonster program. Like a gameshow, you can always play along with any episode (watch past seasons of Wimee’s Words at https://www.pbs.org/show/wimees-words) but having the opportunity to see your ideas become part of the show on your television in real time is pretty awesome. It’s done using our Play at Home Interface which basically turns your phone or tablet into a remote control. We’ve been working toward this for some time now and it’s really exciting to present the world its first live, interactive television show for kids! This live promo was the first time we official took over the live airwaves.
